Free Returns In The US!

If you're not happy with your Clawgs, send them back in the condition you received them for a refund within 30 days.

Use the Returns Center to generate a prepaid return label. View return status from your Customer Account.

Please rinse dirt and lint roll (or tape) hair off Clawgs and pouches before returning them. Clawgs and/or pouches returned dirty and/or hairy will have up to a $10 restocking fee per pair deducted from refunds.

Clawgs must be returned in their original, resellable condition. Chewed up or damaged Clawgs will not be accepted.

You are also welcome to send your Clawgs back using the currier of your choice to:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to verify and process returns. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.

We do not process exchanges.
If you'd like different sizes, please return your Clawgs and place another order.
