Returns and Exchanges Policy

All items are eligible for Free Returns for refunds in the United States except 'final sale' items, which are only exchangeable for other sizes and colors of the same items.

If you're not satisfied with your regular priced items, please send them back in the condition you received them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Use the Returns Center to request a free, prepaid return label.

Return requests for items that are defective upon delivery must be submitted within seven days of delivery.

We may inquire about return requests by email and/or text message. If you do not respond to messages within 10 days, we reserve the right to reject return requests.

We extend return periods for every day that we are discussing return requests and/or working with customers to troubleshoot issues. In other words, we are happy to extend return periods as long as we're working together to make you & your dog happy.

Please rinse dirt and lint roll (or tape) hair off Clawgs and pouches before returning them. Clawgs and/or pouches returned dirty and/or hairy will have up to a $10 restocking fee per pair deducted from refunds.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Chewed up and/or damaged items, including bite marks or punctured rubber, are NOT returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

We do not process exchanges for regular priced items. If you'd like different sizes, please return your Clawgs for a refund to your original payment method and place a new order for the size(s) you'd like to try next. This expedites the "exchange process" because we send replacement Clawgs before receiving and inspecting the returned Clawgs.

"Final sale" and are not eligible for free returns or refunds. However, final sale items can be exchanged for different sizes and/or colors of the same item while supplies last. To exchange final sale items for different sizes/colors of the same item (while supplies last), please use the Exchange Center to mail items back within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging final sale items requires the payment of a $7 fee for shipping plus price differences between sizes (if necessary) and up to a $10 restocking fee per pair if Clawgs and/or pouches are returned hairy and/or dirty.

Items sent back / post marked over 30 days after their delivery date are not returnable and will not be refunded or exchanged for other items. If you mail ineligible items to us, you will have the option to pay the additional shipping cost to have them sent back to you. If the additional shipping cost is not paid within 7 days, we will dispose of the ineligibly returned items.

International orders must be sent back within 30 days of delivery using the currier of your choice.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to inspect and process returns and exchanges. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns for refunds)

  • 30-day return policy for all items (except "final sale" items), which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return and mail them. We do not accept returns post marked or mailed more than 30 days after their delivery date.
  • All items (except "final sale" items) in unused and re-sellable condition.
  • Return requests for items that were defective upon delivery must be submitted within seven days of delivery.

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?

  • "Final sale" items and are NOT refundable.
  • Gift cards are NOT refundable.
  • Items post marked or mailed back more than 30 days after their delivery date are NOT refundable.
  • Chewed up and/or damaged items, including bite marks or punctured rubber, are NOT returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

Damage, loss, or theft issues

  • If the purchased product is faulty or defective, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Send photos of the defects.
  • If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact your currier.

Exchanges

  • We do not process exchanges for regular priced items. If you'd like different sizes, please return your current sizes for a refund to your original payment method. Then, place a new order for your desired sizes.
  • If you'd like to exchange final sale items for different sizes of the same item (while supplies last), please use the Exchange Center and mail items back within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging final sale items requires the payment of a $7 fee for shipping plus price differences between sizes (if necessary) and up to a $10 restocking fee per pair if Clawgs and/or pouches are returned hairy and/or dirty.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • After we receive your return, we typically inspect, clean (if necessary), and process returns quickly, but it may take up to 14 days to process returns. We send email notifications when refunds are processed.
  • After your return has been processed, it will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method (depending on original payment method's transaction times). Refunds to gift cards are immediate.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return and the funds are still not showing in your bank account / credit card, please contact us at info@dogsap.com.
