Returns Policy
Regular priced items (including with discount codes) are eligible for Free Returns In The US!
If you're not satisfied with your regular priced items, please send them back in the condition you received them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Use the Returns Center to generate a free, prepaid return label. View your return's status from your Customer Account.
Please rinse dirt and lint roll (or tape) hair off Clawgs and pouches before returning them. Clawgs and/or pouches returned dirty and/or hairy will have up to a $10 restocking fee per pair deducted from refunds.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Chewed up and/or damaged items, including bite marks or punctured rubber, are NOT returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
We do not process exchanges for regular priced items. If you'd like different sizes, please return your Clawgs and place a new order for the size(s) you'd like to try next.
Clearance / sale items are considered "final sale" and are not eligible for free returns or refunds. However, clearance / sale items can be exchanged for different sizes and/or colors of the same item while supplies last. To exchange clearance items, sale / clearance items for different sizes of the same item (while supplies last), please mail the items back using the currier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Please leave a note in the package stating what sizes you'd like in exchange. We will email you an invoice for the additional shipping cost to mail the replacement Clawgs and for price differences between sizes (if necessary) and cleaning fees of the returned Clawgs (if necessary).
Items sent back / post marked over 30 days after their delivery date will not be refunded or exchanged for other items. If you mail ineligible items to us, you will have the option to pay the additional shipping cost to have them sent back to you. If the additional shipping cost is not paid within 7 days, we will dispose of the ineligibly returned Clawgs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to inspect and process returns. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
We reserve the right to change this policy in the future and/or to deny claims/returns based on suspected fraudulent activity.
Starting online returns is easy!
Enter your email address and order number to sign into the Returns Center. Then, follow the prompts to submit return requests.
We will respond to return requests within 3 business days. We may inquire about your return before approving the request. After approval, you will get an email with shipping instructions and a free, prepaid return label (in the US).
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- 30-day return policy for non discounted items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return and mail them. We do not accept returns post marked or mailed more than 30 days after their delivery date.
- Regular priced Items in unused and resellable condition, or items that were defective upon delivery to you. We do not accept chewed up and/or damaged returns, including bite marks or punctured rubber.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable

- Items post marked or mailed back more than 30 days after their delivery date are NOT returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

Damage, loss, or theft issues
- If the purchased product is faulty or defective, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Send photos of the defects.
- If the purchased product is lost or stolen, Please collect evidence and contact your currier.
Exchanges
- We do not process exchanges for regular priced items. If you'd like different sizes, please return your current sizes for a refund. Then, place a new order for your desired sizes.
- If you'd like to exchange sale / clearance items for different sizes of the same item (while supplies last), please mail the items back using the currier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Please also leave a note in the package stating what sizes you'd like in exchange. We will email you an invoice for the additional shipping cost to mail the replacement Clawgs and for price differences between sizes (if necessary) and cleaning fees of the returned Clawgs (if necessary).

How soon will I get my refund?
- After we receive your return, it generally takes up to 7 days for us to inspect, clean (if necessary), and process returns. However, it may take up to 14 days.
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-7 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. Refunds to gift cards are immediate.
