After confirming Clawg sizes, we'll stitch the Claw Shields onto the Clawgs you've ordered. Once we add the Claw Shields Customization for your dog's specific needs, the Clawgs and Claw Shields are not returnable or refundable.

The price includes additional shipping (both ways) to confirm correct sizes before adding the Claw Shield Customization.

This add on must be purchased in addition to your Clawgs order and has the following process:

  • After you place an order for Clawgs with Claw Shields, we'll send your Clawgs without the claw shields to confirm sizes before adding the Claw Shield Customization.
  • Confirm your Clawgs are the correct sizes, then submit a return request and include images of your dog STANDING in the pair of Clawgs that will receive the Claw Shields.
  • Mail the Clawgs back to us so we can sew the Claw Shields on the Clawgs' front straps.
  • We'll 3d print the custom Claw Shield Pieces and stitch them to the Clawgs within two weeks.
  • Then, we'll mail the Clawgs back to you with the Claw Shields added!

This process may take a month or more to complete due to the time spent sending Clawgs back and forth to confirm sizes before adding the customization.
